| 内容記述 | [Summary]As of July 1st 2006, the 'Jeju Special Governing Province' started. It is just 5 months after the Korean National Assembly passed the 'Jeju Povince Special Governing Law'. Because of this law, the Jeju Special Provincial Government is entitled to get hand over most of the governing rights except the National Defense and National Diplomacy from the Central Government which is similar to the Federal law of the United States, Hong Kong, and Portugal...etc. This law enables the Jeju Governing Province to free the movement of people, goods, and capitals internationally and seek to develop the IT, BT, and ET enterprises as well as medical, educational and tour related business. This law originally quickened in February 2002 when the Jeju Free International City Law was first planned. The purpose of this report is to help the Jeju Special Governing Province to seek the unique ways of dealing international tourism development efficiently and upgrading the regional tourism business properly. | |||||||
