| 内容記述 | 【概要】本論文は, 前号(商経学叢第53号第3巻)に引き続き, 時流に乗り企業進化論の視点から, 企業の海外進出だけではなく, 出自国への回帰現象を立証を目的に, 本紀要の2号にわたって試みたものである。 経済, 社会, 企業は機械ではなく, 有機体に似ている。 多国籍企業の存在は知識市場の失敗によるのではなく, 国境を越えた知識移転に卓越したものを持つのが多国籍企業だ,という。 つまり, 暗黙知の国際移転は企業間ではなく企業内部で行われる傾向があるということを意味する。 この知識については第4節で議論する。 さらに第4節では, 多国籍企業の出自国への回帰について議論する。 一例として, 第二次世界大戦後のアメリカ合衆国による対欧投資を挙げる。 第5節は全体のまとめとして位置付ける。 【Abstruct】This article continuously tries to establish a theory of returning the multinational enterprises (MNEs) to their home country as well as their expansion to foreign countries. An enterprise is very similar to the organic being. MNEs are defined that they are achieve the transfer of tacit knowledge beyond borders, and only the market failure theory produce MNEs. In the previous issue, we have already reviewed existing theories of MNEs' foreign direct investment (FDI) are introduced and discussed that MNEs have excellent means to transfer knowledge beyond borders. In this issue, we discuss the return of home countries of MNEs using an example of U.S. investments against European countries after the Second World War. Finally, we sum up this article. |
