| 内容記述 | 【要約)】本稿の目的は,多角化企業の「非コア」事業部が,業績不振にもかかわらず,事業戦略を転換できない要因について考察を巡らすことにある。本稿の結論は,多角化企業において全社の売上高に占める割合が低い「非コア」事業部と,全社の売上高に占める割合が高い「コア」事業部との間に「範囲の経済」が存在する場合,たとえその「非コア」事業部の業績が不振に陥ったとしても,その不振事業部の事業戦略の転換は難しい,ということである。 【Abstract】This paper discusses the reasons why the "peripheral" division in the diversified firm can't change its current strategy although it performs poorly. It concludes that it is likely to change its current strategy for the poorly performing division when there are "economies of scale" between the "peripheral" division and the "central" division. |
