| 内容記述 | 【概要】本稿では, 「グループ経営」の進展による組織再編に伴う出向・転籍に関する変化に関する考察を行う。本稿では特に, 出向・転籍を行いやすくするための社員格付制度,および企業グループ内の人材に関する情報を収集するための仕組みと出向・転籍との関係を検討し,今後の分析課題を明らかにする。 【Abstract】 This paper discusses developments of shukko (temporary employee transfer) and tenseki (employment transfer) with organizational restructuring of the Japanese corporate group. First, we focus on relation between employee rating system and shukko/tenseki. Second, we focus on relation between the process to collect personnel information within the corporate group and shukko/tenseki. Finally we present issues in the future research. |
