| 内容記述 | 【要旨】韓国における鉄道改革は, 実行されるまで約20年間の立案過程に, 様々な論議があった。 本論文は, その展開を時系列に沿って調査し, 当時の韓国政府が選んだ鉄道事業の変化を検討する。 それにしたがって, 鉄道事業における新たな分離方式による鉄道政策のあり方と課題を韓国の鉄道市場の現状から考察する。 【Abstract】 The railway reform policy in Korea Republic had various changing processes of the policy plan since about these 20 years. This paper investigates the cause and the effects of the development process of Korea railway reform policy based on progress of time, and pursued the changes in the railway business that the government of Korea Republic had chosen in each time. This article will focus on the possibility and the feasibility of railway division methods from the point of the railway market condition of Korea Republic. |
