| 内容記述 | 【概要】組織の形成プロセスを, イシュー・ネットワークから捉えることを目的に, イシュー・ネットワークの中からコミュニティが形成され,さらにそこから新たな組織が生み出される事例として, 1980年代から1990年代にかけての約20年間の, 日本におけるNPOの基盤整備をめぐる諸関係者の動きと, それに連動した日本NPOセンター設立のプロセスを記述する。 公表された資料, 未公開の内部資料の分析の他, 日本NPOセンター設立に関係しキーパーソンとのインタビューも資料とした。 【Abstract】 This article describes a formation process of Japan NPO center in a period of 1980s and 1990s. The description is based on a view of issue network. In the process of formation of Japan NPO center, there were so many actors and events. After a while, a community that was a tight network of actors emerged from that issue network. Furthermore, a part of the community that committed to build of national center of NPOs established Japan NPO center as a national center of NPOs in Japan. Data were collected from publications, inner documents and interviews with interested person of Japan NPO center. |
