| 内容記述 | 【要約】日米間における機能間相互作用のあり方を比較した。 米国企業では, 機能間相互作用が有機的組織の下で行われ, 先行条件や業績との関係が明確であるのに対して, 日本企業では, 機能間相互作用は機械的組織の下で行われ, 先行条件や業績との関係が明確ではないことが明らかにされる。 【Abstract】 The way of interfunctional interaction in new product development is compared between Japanese firms and American firms. An empirical study clarifies that interfunctional interaction is conducted under a mechanical organization, and is not closely related to preconditions/performance in Japanese firms, whereas it is conducted under an organic organization, and is closely related to preconditions/performance in American firms |
