| 内容記述 | 【概要】本研究では, 日程計画のクリティカル・パス計算において一般に利用されている2つの計算法の違いについて明確にするのが目的である。簡単な計算例を使用して, これらの正しい利用方法について検討する。2つの計算法が存在し, 使用される用語の定義が不明確な場合, 現場実務の日程計画において混乱が生じることになる。これを回避する方法について解説する。 【Abstract】 This study clarifies a difference between two methods of critical path calculation for scheduling. It is showed the correct use of the methods with an example. It is pointed out a problem that arises from inconsistent use of the time parameters and the critical path calculations. It is provided guidance how to avoidany confusion for scheduling. |
