The experimental design consists of two parts: (1) subjects choose a digital camera from two by using information from the makers and (2) the subjects change their attitude toward the chosen one with electronic word-of-mouth information. Significant interaction effects were found on the purchase intentions across the level of subjects' product knowledge and their initial attitude formed by the information from the makers.
