| 内容記述 | 【概要】本稿では, 「グループ経営」の進展による組織再編に伴う出向・転籍に関する変化に関する考察を, 単一の企業グループに対する詳細な事例分析によって行った。その結果, グループ経営は意識されており, 組織再編は進展しているが, それが人的資源のあり方に大きな変化を及ぼすまでには至っていないことが示唆されたが, グループ経営に即した人的資源管理への試みも行われつつあることも見出された。 【Abstract】 This paper considers the development of shukko (temporary employee transfer) and tenseki (employment transfer) with organizational restructuring of the Japanese corporate group. We discuss an interview with managers of the Japanese company "A". |
