In section 1, I survey about constant agreement matters over Corporate Governance in Japan. In section 2, I think that Corporate Governance began with\"Corporate Revolution\", and watch contents of \"Corporate Revolution\" such as the essence, the criticism, and the importance in the present age. In section 3, I arrange about development of Corporate Governance in U.S.A. after \"Corporate governance\". I gather them up according to three periods of time, \"until 1992\", \"on a point in time of 1992\", and \"after 2001\" .
