【Abstract】 In this article, I arrange about functions and social requests on Corporate Governance in U.S.A. after "Corporate Revolution". In section 1, I survey about constant agreement matters over Corporate Governance in Japan. In section 2, I think that Corporate Governance began with"Corporate Revolution", and watch contents of "Corporate Revolution" such as the essence, the criticism, and the importance in the present age. In section 3, I arrange about development of Corporate Governance in U.S.A. after "Corporate governance". I gather them up according to three periods of time, "until 1992", "on a point in time of 1992", and "after 2001" . In section 4, I speak my rationalization that Governance considers to be a rule.},
