| 内容記述 | [要旨] 本稿では, ニックリッシュの, 「経営経済学の体系化」の過程を明らかにするために, 1912年に初版として出版された『一般商事経営学』(Nicklisch, H.:Allgemeine kaufmannische Betriebslehre als Privatwirtschaftslehre des Handels (und der Industrie), 1.Aufl., Leipzig 1912.)と, 1925年に第6版として出版された『経済的経営学』(Nicklisch, H.:Wirtschaftliche Betriebslehre, 6.Aufl., Stuttgart 1925.)について比較研究を行う。ねらいは, ニックリッシュが「価値の流れ」の検討により, 経営経済学の体系化に努力した過程を明らかにすることにある。検討の結果, 本稿では, ニックリッシュが, 国民経済学から転用した価値概念を放棄し, 1922年に第5版として出版された『経済的経営学』から, 適性価値(Eignungswert),費消価値(Gebrauchwert)などの用語を使用したことを認識した。なお,今後も継続して検討する予定であるが, 本稿では, 1922年に第5版として出版された, 『経済的経営学』(Wirtschaftliche Betriebslehre)の章組に即して, 第1章経済的経営学と経営経済的取引学第2章経済的経営学の基礎概念第3章企業と経営を中心にして, 検討した。 [Abstract] In this treatise, we make a comparative study of two books, that throw light upon the process, by which Nicklisch, H. made the systematic theory. We inquire into the changes in his assertion between the general commercial business theory, in German "Allgemeine kaufmannische Betriebslehre als Privatwirtschaftslehre des Handels (und der Industrie), 1.Aufl., Leipzig 1912" and the theory of economical business, in German "Wirtschaftliche Betriebslehre, 6.Aufl., Stuttgart 1925." We clear the way to formulate the systematic theory of business economy by studying about the value network. Our study asserts that he changed his original value concepts, for example, the reasonable value (Eignungswert) and convertible value (Gebrauchwert) from the value concepts used by the national economy. In this treatise, first, we trace the difference between the theory of economic business and the theory of economic business trade. Secondly, we consider the basic concepts for the theory of economic business. Thirdly, we make the connection between corporation(Unternehmung) and business units (Betrieb). |
