| 内容記述 | [概要] 本稿は, クリステンセンのイノベーターのジレンマを検討する。彼は, 日本の企業の行き詰まりの原因は, 「イノベーターのジレンマ(innovator's dilemma)」という概念で説明できると主張した。本稿は, 彼の主張に反論するものである。しかし, 「理論は, カテゴリーや状況に依存して, 同様の原因が異なる結果を生み出すが, その理由を示すべきである」という彼の要求に応えようとした。学説史の研究では, 良く「温故知心」と言われるが, 主張の論理構造から, その妥当性を検討して, 将来の教訓としようとするものである。 [Abstract] We study about the concept of Christensen's innovator's dilemma. He asserts that the sources and causes of Japanese stagnation are made clear by his concept of an innovator's dilemma. However, we cannot accept his assertion as true. He wrote that the theory must show whether and why the same causal mechanism might result in a different outcome, depending on the category or situation. Then we must predict what actions will cause what result under what circumstances. We build our view according to his advice. This treatise is based on the documentations, but we will learn a great deal from his writings and use them as precepts, by appreciating the value of his logic. |
