As is generally known, the systematization of managerial economics is an issue since the generation of the discipline. However, at present little research is done on the topic. Furthermore, it is generally considered to be no need. In spite of the situation, Dieter Schneider attempts to establish Einzelwirtschaftslehre der Institutionen as general theory of managerial economics. On the other hand, the discipline in Germany focuses on a scholar of neo-institutional economics. Also in there, systematization of managerial economics is tried. In this paper, a relation of these two approaches and the systematization of managerial economics based on them are considered.
