| 内容記述 | [概要] 本稿は, 流し営業と無線配車といったタクシーサービスの違いに焦点をあてて, わが国のタクシー市場に対する今後の規制政策について, 経済学的に検討することを目的としている。本稿の背景には, 2002年の改正道路運送法施行によるタクシー事業での規制緩和から2009年の特定地域タクシー特措法施行という再規制までの, わが国のタクシー市場における規制政策の変遷がある。なお本稿の構成は, 以下の通りである。2節では, わが国および諸外国でのタクシー市場に対する規制政策について整理する。3節では, タクシー市場の規制政策に対する経済学的な検討を行い, わが国での今後のタクシー市場の規制政策への示唆を得る。 [Abstract] This paper aims to survey the literature about the case studies and the theoretical analysis of the regulation in the taxi industry. As the result, we conclude that regulation of taxicab fares in the cruising taxi market has the economic reasons but restriction on entry in taxicab market lacks satisfactory evidence. |
