| 内容記述 | [要約] 稲葉浩幸著 『保険の文化史』は, これまで著者が執筆したファイアマーク, 小説での保険制度に関する理解に関する論文を加筆・修正したものを中心に, さらに保険教育, 明治・大正期の損害保険事情について書いた論文を加えて, 保険を文化的側面から再構築したものである。いずれも保険学界ではあまり取り上げられない分野ではある。しかし, 海外で開発された社会・経済制度を導入し, 我が国に定着させるためには, 相当な創意工夫を必要とする。本著は, 保険制度を導入するための先人の経験から現況での(保険教育を含めた)方策を模索するものであり, 金融危機による混乱により, ファイナンスに対して疑惑の目が向けられているが, 本著は, 「生活のための経済」, 「国民生活を支援するための保険制度」という視座から展開されている。科学は生活に役立つものでなければならないという評者の立場から見れば, 同者は高い評価がなされるべきであると考える。 [Abstract] This paper surveys on The Cultural History of Insurance written by Hiroyuki Inaba. To put this book in cultural order, he rewrote some papers, which examine fire marks, styles of understanding about insurance systems by well known novels, joined with some papers on the education systems of insurance and the state of insurance against loss, in the eras between the Meiji and Taishou. He raises some cultual issus in insurance, which were not disucussed well in Insurance Society. To introduce some foreign social and economic systems, we must make great efforts to give them a permanent fixture in our society. By examining the efforts to introduce this insurance system, we will make the better way to promote the spread of insurance education. Because of damage made by the financial crisis, we have distrust of finance today. This book takes up the position that we make a good living by useful economic systems, and that our insurance system must support our lives. I do research in order that I might use them in our lives. I think that we set a high value on this book by the same stance toward science. |
