| 内容記述 | [概要] 近年,企業をフロー(流れ)として捉えるというアプローチが示されるなど, 企業の動態的把捉は経営学における一つの課題として位置づけられる。このような観点は, ドイツ経営経済学において長くうけつがれてきた。そこで, 本稿においては, ドイツ経営経済学において一定の影響力を今なお保っているコジオール(Kosiol, E.)とその流れを汲む研究者, とりわけキュッパー(Kupper, H.-U.)の企業観に関する所説を検討する。コジオール学派の企業観は, シュマーレンバッハ(Schmalenbach, E)の「動的貸借対照表論」やニックリッシュ(Nicklisch, H.)の「価値循環思考」から影響をうけつつ, 管理や組織の問題も視野に入れた「企業過程論」として構築されてきた。キュッパーは, 企業過程論をさらに理論的に彫琢し, 価値創造過程理論としての経営経済学という構想を打ち出している。これらの所説の特質を検討し, さらに補完すべき点や克服すべき課題を明らかにすることで, 動態的企業観ないし企業理論を構築する手掛かりを得たい。 [Abstract] The aim of this paper is to clarify the dynamic view of the firm, that is advocated by Erich Kosiol and Hans-Ulrich Kupper. Many scholars of the business administration in Germany (Betriebswirtschaftslehre) succeed to the dynamic view of the firm. Especially, Kosiol advocated the concept “Corporate Process (Unternehmungsprozess)”. This concept is based on Schmalenbach's concept of “dynamische Bilanz” and Nicklisch's concept of “Value circulation net”, and furthermore subsumes Problems on Management and Organization. Kupper's concept “Value Creating Process Theory as Business Administration (Wertschopfungstheorie als Betriebswirtschaftslehre)” is based on Kosiol's concept, and polishes up with production-, cost-, finance-, human resource management-, and organization theory. In this paper, these concepts are considered and argued about the supplemented contemporary themes. Through this argument, we suggest one approach of the concept of the dynamic view of the contemporary corporation. |
