| 内容記述 | 本稿では, ニックリッシュ著『組織 向上の道』(Nicklisch H.: Der Weg aufwarts! Organisation, Versuch einer Grundlegung, 2.Aufl., Stuttgart 1922. (鈴木辰治訳『組織 向上の道』未来社1975年)を取りあげて, 彼の組織観, 特に, 組織の法則について考察する。具体的には, 『向上の道 組織』を構成する各節に従って, 2で「物質」, 3で「人間」, 4で「組織と法則」, 5で「有機的組織(Organismus)の限界」, 6で「組織としての民族(Volk der Organisation)」で展開された理論を検討する。その際, 彼は, 組織の法則として, 根源的な「自由の法則」(Das Gesetz der Freiheit)と, 派生的な「構成の法則」(Das Gesetz der Gestaltung)と「維持の法則」(Das Gesetz der Erhaltung)をあげているが, それぞれの内容とともに, 諸法則間での関係と序列を中心にして考察する。 (英文) H. Nicklisch published "Der Weg aufwarts ! Organisation, Versuch einer Grundlegung, 2.Aufl.", in English, "The way toward the improvement of Organization, my Approach on the Groundwork, 2. edition" in 1922. We are intresting to his conception, in particular the principles, of organization. He had edited his ideas with his sections, which had title "material", "human", "organization and its principles", "the limits of organizating" and "organization made by folks". This paper summarizes and investigates the significance of H. Nicklisch's assertion. We make clear what difference there are between by this paper, we found the interrelationships and logic between them. |
