内容記述 | [Abstract] The author investigated the kind of disk, and the appearance of bento( lunch box ), and study the tendency of making preschool children's bento. As a result, there were many colors of a lunch box in pink and yellow and blue, and the pink lunch box was used 40%. 28.57% of lunches including the staple food were comprised of at least five colors. Japanese omelet was chosen for about a half of lunch, and the sausage and the meatball were also chosen for about 30% of lunch. Next, the rate that a tomato and broccoli are packed in lunch was high. The rice ball was chosen as the staple food for 60% of lunch, and there was little staple food of only white cooked rice. The parent was considered to devise appearance by using the cup and accessories of a dish colorfully of bento, so that it seems to be beautiful appearance. However, the parent using the dish which is not heated also found that and it was required to master the basic knowledge for making lunch sanitarily. | |||||||||
