| 内容記述 | 現代社会は科学技術の発展に伴い、産業社会の構造が複雑化し、社会生活や家庭生活に大きな変化をもたらし、人々の人生観や価値観が多様化し、様々な社会問題が表出している。特に青少年の問題傾向はこのような社会の様相が起因していると思われる。そこで、このような状況の中で生まれ育った若者がこれから幼児を指導していく場合、自己の生活体験や学習経験から、教師としてどのような教育観を持ち、子供たちへどのように働きかければよいかという視点でその教育理念について述べたい。これらのことが教員養成課程の中でどのように展開されればよいかということと、教師（幼稚園教諭）としての資質を養うための大学のカリキュラムの基本的な捉え方の視座になればと考えている。 (英文） The scientific technology of our modern society is developing. Accompanied to that, the structure of the industrial society has also changed. Consequently, the sense of values of people, too, has diversified and a wide range of social problems have arisen. Student who aim to become kindergarten teachers are born and growing up in such times. Therefore, the current style of education of children in such times needs to be examined. This paper discueses improving abilities of the teacher and one way of thinking to cultivate ability is described. | |||||||||
