| 内容記述 | Sweets industry is an important local industry in Iizuka-shi, Fukuoka, Japan. Therefore, study and education about sweets for the purpose of local revitalization are considered to be important for a junior college in the area. In addition, because of the health trend and wide varieties in tastes among people, it is thought that the necessity of the research about sweets from a scientific point of view will rise in future. From the above-mentioned point of view, the authors started a series of studies about the cake. This report is as the part about the result of the questionary survey carried out for both sides of the consumer and the producer (managing chef). | |||||||||||||||||||||
