The result shows that the bank, a two-storied brick Renaissance-style,Art nouveau and Secession style ornament mixed building completed in October, Meiji 42, was planned by the businesspersons, like Tsunaji Nakamura, together with the plan of the laying of a railway, in attempting to promote local industry. As for its interior, white spaces were built in Modern style. The former Mizuma Bank thus proves to be an architectural cultural heritage with its value for local industry, its vista, its brick building style, its history of 100 year times, and artistic effect.
