内容記述 | [Abstract] The published results of solar neutrino observations by the Kamiokande (ν_ee^--ν_ee^- experiment) and by the Homestake (^<37>Cl experiment) groups show some disagreement between them each other. However, we discuss difficulty of deciding which a scattering theory should be employed for passage in water of an electron in the energy region concerned ^8B neutrinos problem including influence of its Cherenkov radiations; using the Mott and the Williams scattering models, the published relative value by the Kamiokande using EGS code between the observed solar neutrino total flux and the expected total flux from a standard solar model decreases at least with 11 % for the Mott model and 7 % for the Williams one. Furthermore, we found that the predicted total rate, 0.86 (events/day)/680 ton, obtained following to the standard solar model of Bahcall and Ulrich turns out to be different from 0.61 (events/day)/ 680 ton which has used in the Kamiokande analysis. Using the correct predicted rate, we obtained the relative value to the expected rate from the standard solar model of Bahcall and Ulrich to be 0.35 ± 0.06 for the combined data of Kamiokande II and III observations in the statistical and systematic errors. The value is converted to 2.14 ± 0.34 SNU, using ^8B neutrino cross section of Bahcall and Ulrich. Accordingly there is no appreciable disagreement with the Homestake value of 2.28 ± 0.32 SNU. | |||||||||||||||||
