It has not been until the past ten years, however, that self-efficacy has emerged as a topic of research within the field of foreign language learning. Although research has been started, it has not been plentiful and the field continues to struggle with a pervasive lack of good instrumentation by which to measure self-efficacy. The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of the assessment of writing self-efficacy within the context of English as a Foreign Language (EFL). This overview will consist of a clear definition of the construct, examples of assessment of self-efficacy in past literature, guidelines for writing an assessment instrument for writing self-efficacy, and finally a completed instrument assessing the construct., application/pdf}, pages = {57--64}, title = {<調査・資料>ライティングにおける自己効力の調査―アンケートの作成―}, volume = {12}, year = {2014}, yomi = {ランス, ブロース} }
