 note = {[概要] 現在, 本土における過疎地域においては, 市営バスのみならずコミュニティバス自体も廃止または便数の大幅減少といった状況に追い込まれている。このトレンドは本土エリアにとどまらず, 多くの島嶼地域にも波及する。人口水準がきわめて低い離島地域における公共支出負担の削減を否定することは容易ではない。但し,これらの地域における離島航路は交通手段であると同時に, インフラでもあることから, 地域住民がいかなる協力意識を持っているかが重要な要素となる。上記目的から始まる本研究の構成としては, 研究の位置づけを2章で述べた後, アンケート調査の結果を3章にて報告すると同時に, 集計結果や属性等の重要指標の結果も提示する。さらに4章において数量化I類分析を用いることによって, 地域住民の受容意識に関する分析を行い, これらの調査結果を踏まえた上で最終章における結論部へと展開することとしたい。
[Abstract] This paper investigates the attitudes of the local community with regards to maintaining a sea routes in the islands of Kutsuna, located 15 kilometers northwest of Matsuyama, the local capital of Ehime prefecture in Japan. This paper argues that locally accumulated social capital plays an important role, although all age ranges (or age groups) do not share the same level of desire to participate in the problem. Using qualitative analysis of data, obtained by a questionnaire survey, a model of resident's attitudes has emerged.
