| 内容記述 | 【Abstract】 This paper studies the impact of international trade on urban-rural income disparity in China. Using cross-province panel data of China 【1992-2003】, we investigate the effects of international trade on employed income and total income distribution. In addition, we check whether these effects change regionally. The results show that trade significantly increases urban-rural total income disparity in the eastern coastal region but seldom works in other regions. Moreover, trade has no significant effect on employed income disparity. 【概要】本論文は貿易開放が中国の都市・農村間の格差にどのような影響を与えるかと分析した。中国の省別パネルデータ (1992-2003)を用いて実証分析した結果, 国際貿易は東部沿海地域の都市・農村間の総所得格差の拡大に正の影響を与えるが, 内陸部の都市・農村間の所得格差に有意な影響を与えない。さらに, 国際貿易は都市・農村間の給与所得格差に影響を与えないことが明らかになった。 |
