 note = {[概要] 近年, 多くの日本企業は, 流動的で不確実な市場環境に対応するために, 一層の分権化を意図した組織変革を進めている。 そのひとつとして, 製造現場レベルヘの分権化があり, 包括的な権限を委譲された製造工程における自律的な調整活動によって, 環境変化に対応することが意図されている。 本稿では, このような分権制組織におけるコントロール・システムの特徴を, 実証研究結果のレビューを通じて明らかする。 さらに, その特徴を日本におけるミニ・プロフィットセンター研究の成果と比較し, 今後の研究課題を提示する。         [Abstract] In today's complex and dynamic environment. Many Japanese firms have tried to reorganize their organizational structure in order to achive a more decentralized decision-making authority as a way to respond to rapid and constant changes in the environment at the work-unit level. The purpose of this paper is to examine the impact of this decentralization on effective control system design. For this purpose, previous empirical research which shows the relationship between organizational structure and control systems is briefly.
