 note = {[概要] 本稿では, 道州制を導入する場合に, 地域間格差にどのような影響を与えるのかについて分析する。地域間格差をはかるものとして何を指標とするのかは, さまざまに議論があるが, 本稿では, 都道府県別に財政力, 所得, 公共投資, 人口, 雇用, 高齢化, 医療, 教育についてのデータを示し比較検討する。そしてそれらが道州制を導入することによってどのように変化するのかを検証する。またストック面での効果について民間資本と社会資本の生産力を推計し, 地域間格差の是正の方法としての公共投資のあり方について分析を試みる。      [Abstract] This paper looks at the "DOSHU system" and analyses what influences the gaps between different areas. The paper includes data from the prefectures on financial power, income, public investment, population, employment, aging, medical treatment, and education; it looks at the gaps in these areas, compares them and presents a variety of arguments. A study is made of what happens when a "DOSHU system" is introduced. The productivity of private capital and social capital are estimated by looking at the effect on stock and an analysis of the state of public investment is looked as a way of correcting the gaps between areas., application/pdf},
