| 内容記述 | 一般の人が思っている以上に、最近の大学生も含めた「学力」の低下は著しい。しかも、毎年徐々に低下が加速している。基礎科目である「英語・数学・国語」の低下は、大学において深刻な問題になっている。低下の原因は、「ゆとり教育」と「豊かさ故の価値観の変化」だと思われる。最近の高校生の勉強時間は、毎年徐々に少なくなっている。日本企業はこのことを深刻にとらえている。産業の空洞化が懸念される。従業員が外国人になるか、会社が海外に移転するであろう。実際に、中国が世界の工場になりつつある。その中で「文部科学省」の責任も大きい。教員としても、市民としても、私は何らかの形で行動をとりたい。 (英文) ‘Gakuryoku’ means how much you study and the ability to learn. The level of gakuryoku has been going down every year. Even 20％ of the student of a famous university of economics can't solve the problem of the elementary school of mathematics. I think not a few of university students can't read the newspaper because of ability of the Japanese. Factor of this phenomenon caused by ‘Yutori Kyouiku’ and the wealthy . ‘Yutori Kyouiku’ tend not to study in school and home. The superiority of the Japanese company depends on the Quality of Control. And the QC depends on the superiority of Japanese workers. And they studied more in compulsory eduction than the student of university in now a day. Japanese company will employ the foreigner, or, will make factories in foreign country. But Japan will sink by deterioration of ‘gakuryoku’. We must stop this, or Japanese economy will break down. | |||||||||
