| 内容記述 | 近畿大学は、法科大学院、大学院11研究科、11学部41学科と17の研究所、付属病院、短期大学部、通信学部、工業商等専門学校、高等学校、中学校、小学校、幼稚園などから構成され、大学生約3万人規模の総合教育機関である。本学は、愛される、信頼される、尊敬される人材の育成を目的とした実学をモットーとした未来志向の大学である。 少子化に伴い、受験者の減少が常に懸念される今般、国公立大学の合併法人化、私立大学の合併、廃校などが進行している。特に短期大学においては、約30％が定員割れと云う極しい環境下にあり、存続が問われている現状にある。かかる状況下での本短期大学部の持続的発展を目指した取り組について報告する。 （英文） Kinki University has a big Educational Net work. It consists of Law graduate school, 11graduate school, 41departments, 17 research centers, Hospitals, Correspondence Division, Junior Colleges, Technical College, Special school, High school, Junior High school, Elementary school and Kindergartens. All students' number is about 30,000. Kinki University Educational network is bigger and better all-round strength that benefits from involvement in every aspect of total education. Our school is based on the concepts, loved relied and respectable from all people. Our school motto is looking for future on the field of human recourse training. Decreasing of birth rate effects our students applying numbers. Also Government University in Japan is under dealing of merging corporation. Private University and Colleges are faced the crisis of management. About 30％ Junior colleges in Japan has the shortage of fixed number of students. Many Junior colleges are faced the crisis of continuing management for their future. In this report I explain the way of how to continue and progress with growth of Kinki University. | |||||||||
