 note = {これからの秘書教育の充実をはかるためには、ビジネス環境の変化、とりわけ、激変する法的環境の研究は欠くことのできないものとなっており、これらの変化を踏まえた上で、具体的にどのような実務知識と技能を教授するかを考えることが必要である。本稿では、改正男女雇用機会均等法が秘書職従事者に与える影響を研究する前提として、まず、広く秘書職従事者を含むオフィスワーカー全体に与える影響を考察する。今後、さらに、秘書職従事者に焦点を絞り、研究を深めていく（秘書に関するキャリア形成について、秘書職従事者および秘書職経験者を対象に実態調査を行っている）。 さて、2006年6月に改正男女雇用機会均等法が成立し、2007年4月より施行されている。本改正では、性別を理由とする差別および間接差別が禁止となった。本改正は、オフィスワーカーにどのような影響を与えるのだろうか。具体的には、第1に、企業へのアンケート調査をもとに、企業の法律遵守への意識を検証し、第2に、法律を遵守するための具体的な企業の取組みについて女性オフィスワーカーへの聞き取り調査をもとに検討する。その上で、第3に、オフィスワーカーに与える本改正の影響を考察する。　（英文） In order to enrich secretarial education in the future, it is indispensable to study the changes in the business environment, particularly legal the environment that has been changing drastically, and it is important to consider what practical knowledge and skills should be taught to the students based on understanding these changes. In this report, on the premise of studying the impact that the Revised Equal Employment Opportunity Law (REEOL) has on secretaries, the effects that will have in a broader scale on the entire office workers including secretaries is considered. In the future, I will continue to study about it in more depth by focusing on secretaries (A fact finding survey for the secretaries and used to be secretaries is underway from the point of the career development of secretaries).  REEOL was passed by the Diet in June, 2006 and has been enforced since April, 2007. The law prohibits gender and related indirect discrimination against office workers.  In this paper, initially, the results of corporate attitude surveys regarding REEOL compliance are scrutinized. Then, interviews with female office workers to determine the company's specific approach are examined. Finally, a final evaluation of the impact of REEOL on office workers are made., application/pdf},
