| 内容記述 | [Abstract] The risk of infection with pneumocystis jirovecii (P. jirovecii) pneumonia in patients undergoing immunosuppressive therapy is closely related to corticosteroid exposure. We report a case of pneumocystis pneumonia (PCP) that triggered the progressive interstitial pneumonia (IP) complicated with pneumomediastinum. Spontaneous pneumomediastinum has also reported as a rare complication in autoimmune disease. This case is a rare of successful treatment in a patient with overlap syndrome to the progressive IP in severe pneumomediastinum associated with PCP by the combination of intravenous cyclophosphamide, corticosteroids, and sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim | |||||||||||||||||
