就学前の子どもをもつ親を対象としたコミュニケーションスキルトレーニングのプログラムを開発・実施し, その効果について検討することを目的とした. コミュニケーションスキルとは, 社会的スキルとほぼ同義に用いられ, 訓練によって開発・向上が可能な, 対人関係を円滑に進めるための適応能力である．コミュニケーションスキルトレーニングにより，言語的・非言語的な表現力，解読の感受性，他人への配慮，周囲への気配り等が向上するとされている. 本研究は, 近畿大学医学部倫理審査委員会の承認を得て実施された（承認番号22-84）. 2010年９月～2012年７月に, 研究に同意のとれた幼稚園児の保護者73名のうち36名をトレーニング参加群とし, １回90分, 全６回のコミュニケーションスキルトレーニングを実施した. トレーニング非参加群37名を対照群とした. 参加群にはトレーニング開始前後に, 非参加群には参加群と同時期に, 社会的スキル, 自己肯定意識, 共感力, 信頼感, 自己効力感, 集団考慮の項目から成るアンケート調査を実施した. トレーニングプログラムの構成は, 各回50分のパワーポイントを用いた解説, 30分の実技演習, 10分の感想文作成である. 解説内容は, 傾聴技法, 問題解決技法等である. 実技演習の内容は, ２人組での傾聴訓練, グループワークである. 解析にはSPSS21を用い, 各尺度の因子分析を実施し，因子構造を決定した．各因子の信頼性の検証にはCronbachのα係数を算出し，全ての因子において0.72～0.87の信頼性が確認された. 各群の因子得点の平均値を比較するために, 対応のあるt検定を実施した.トレーニング参加群において参加前後の各平均点を比較したところ, コミュニケーション・信頼感・認知的共感力・共感意図（p＜.05）, 自己受容・充実感・自己効力感（p＜.01）, 集団考慮行動（p＜.001）が有意に高くなり, 集団考慮認知が有意に低く（p＜.001）なっていた. 自己実現的態度に有意傾向の変化がみられた（p＜.10）. 非参加群においては, 集団考慮行動が有意に高くなったが（p＜.05）, その他について有意な変化は認められなかった. 以上の結果から, コミュニケーションスキルトレーニングは,
