{"created":"2023-06-20T16:40:03.730048+00:00","id":10233,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"6626216d-424a-4cac-a23f-707d2924cb70"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"10233","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"10233"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:kindai.repo.nii.ac.jp:00010233","sets":["14:923:1477:1511","21:3039:3456:3461"]},"author_link":["19296","19295"],"item_2_biblio_info_21":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2009-03-01","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicPageEnd":"57","bibliographicPageStart":"45","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"34","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"近畿大学医学雑誌"},{"bibliographic_title":"Medical journal of Kinki University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_2_description_33":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"[抄録]血管内皮の酸化低比重リポ蛋白(酸化LDL)受容体として同定されたレクチン様酸化低比重リポ蛋白受容体1(LOX-1) の軟骨細胞での発現が示され,酸化LDLと軟骨変性の関連が示唆されている.本研究の目的は,酸化LDLとLOX-1の結合によりウシ培養軟骨細胞の老化が誘導されるかを検討することである. まず老化関連β-ガラクトシダーゼ染色,および, BrdU取込みによる細胞分裂能を測定した. 次に酸化LDL添加によるテロメラーゼ活性の変化, PI3 kinase/Akt経路のテロメラーゼ、活性に及ぽす影響を調べた. さらに酸化LDLによる PI3kinase/Akt経路への影響を検討した. 酸化LDL添加は培養軟骨細胞の老化関連β-ガラクトシダーゼ活性を亢進させ,細胞分裂能を低下させた. また酸化LDLは経時的,経量的にテロメラーゼ活性を抑制し,抗LOX-1抗体 (TS-20) 前処理によりテロメラーゼ活性は回復した.
