SCNT)胚の産子への発生能の検討と作出されたクローンマウスの生育ならびに繁殖能力について検討した。ドナー細胞として卵丘細胞を用いて核移植を行い、得られた2 細胞期の再構築胚を卵管へ移植した。その結果、1 匹のクローン産子を作出することに成功した(生存産子1 匹/ 移植胚数24 個:4.2%)。クローンマウスの生殖能力について検討した結果、2 度の自然分娩で計20 匹の産子を獲得し、正常に子孫を得ることが確認された。また、クローンマウスとその産子それぞれについて経時的に体重測定を行った結果、クローンマウスで従来報告されているような極度の肥満はみられず、またその産子では肥満はみられなかった。さらに、各近交系間のサテライトマーカーを用いた遺伝的背景の解析を行った結果、クローンマウスの遺伝的背景はドナー細胞のB6D2F1 と一致した。これらの結果から、B6D2F1
