University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_2_description_33":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"酸素濃度は、細胞の様々な生理的状態、遺伝子発現状態に影響を与え、初期発生とも深く関わっていることが知られている。酸素の濃度依存的に様々な遺伝子の発現を調節する転写因子としてHypoxia Inducible Factor (HIF) ファミリーの存在が知られており、中でもHIF-1α 、2α が多くの遺伝子の転写調節を行っていることが報告されている。近年、HIFファミリーの発現が初期の生殖細胞発生に重要な役割を持っていることが示唆されているが、主体となっている分子とその機能は明らかとなっていない。本研究では、マウスES細胞を材料に、低酸素環境下における生殖細胞発生関連遺伝子(Blimp1、Stella、MVH)の発現変化を観察した。また、通常酸素濃度でHIFを誘導するDeferoxamine mesylate
