University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_2_description_33":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"人工的な卵子活性化法は、体細胞核移植や精子細胞を用いた産仔の作出に不可欠な技術である〔3〕。Sr<2+>を含んだ培養液は、受精の事象に似た反復的な細胞質内Ca^<2+>オシレーションを導き、マウス卵子における人工的な卵子活性化剤として広く使用されてきた。しかし、そのSr^<2+>が引き起こす卵子活性化は、Ca^<2+>を除いた培養液(Ca(－)培養液)で行われることが必要である。しかし、Ca(－)培養液を用いた場合、活性化に伴う形態異常や卵子の退行が起こるという報告もなされている。近年の研究から、金属イオンキレート剤であるグリコールエーテルジアミン四酢酸(Ethylene Glycol Tetraacetic Acid; EGTA〔9〕)を添加することにより、一般的なCa^<2+>含有培養液(Ca(+)培養液)においても、BDF1系統のマウスで効率的に活性化卵を作製できることや退行卵の頻度が低いことが明らかにされた。さらにこの活性化方法を用いたクローン胚の作出も報告されている〔1〕。しかし、BDF1系統マウス以外のマウス卵子での有用性は検証されておらず、またEGTAの添加の影響の詳細についても不明である。そこで本研究では、ICR系統マウス由来卵子を用いて、EGTAを添加したCa(+)とCa(－)培養液によって活性化を行い、活性化後の卵子の状態について比較・検討を行った。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_41":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_publisher_14":{"attribute_name":"出版者
