<dc:description>Although traumatic dislocation of the radial head is probably equivalent to Monteggia's fracture dislocation, isolated traumatic dislocation of the radial head is rare. We report a 9-year-old boy with isolated lateral traumatic dislocation of the radial head and 7 degreers of cubitus varus associated with supracondylar fracture of the left humerus. Using a plaster cast, reduction and immobilization of the forearm in 90 degrees flexion and 90 degrees supination position was maintained for 4 weeks. After 33 months, the result was satisfactory and there are no problems in normal daily living activities.</dc:description>
