Development and Clinical Usefulness of Automated Kinetic Program 自動動的視野測定プログラムの開発と臨床応用 橋本, 茂樹 ハシモト, シゲキ 自動動的視野 Octopus Program K 研究成果の概要（和文）：自動動的視野測定プログラム(Program K)は、イソプタにおける応答点の外部角度を用いて視野の異常判定を行うプログラムである。本研究では、イソプタ探索、スパイク抑制、暗点探索アルゴリズムを独自に開発した。これらをProgram Kに内蔵し臨床上検証を行った結果、半自動動的視野計と類似した視野変化を短時間で捉えることができた。Program Kは今後重要な視野検査法の一つとなることが示唆された。 研究成果の概要（英文）：Our new automated kinetic program (Program K) assess the abnormality of isopter patterns using the external angles of patient response points. In this study, we developed the isopter searching, spike-reduce and scotoma searching algorithm. Next we evaluated our fully automated program using clinical patients. In most of patients, Program K results corresponded well with those of semi-automated kinetic perimetry (SKP). Test duration for Program K is appropriate for most patients.
