          <datacite:description xml:lang="ja" descriptionType="Abstract">食品成分からの機能性の研究において、迅速な解析手法の開発が望まれている。本研究は、食品中の活性化合物をリード化合物として活性化合物を迅速に探索する試みであり、mRNAプロセシングの阻害活性を指標として迅速探索系の評価を行った。これまでに見出した活性化合物の類縁体を解析すると、いずれも活性を確認した。この結果から既知の食品成分由来活性化合物をリード化合物として探索する方法は、精製による化合物単離に比べてはるかに早く活性化合物を取得することができると考えられ、本手法の有効性を示すことができた。</datacite:description>
          <datacite:description xml:lang="en" descriptionType="Abstract">In the research on the functional food components, there is a demand for the development of rapid analysis methods. This study represents an attempt to rapidly explore active compounds using previously found compounds in food as lead compounds. In this study, we conducted an evaluation of a rapid screening system using inhibition activity of mRNA processing as an indicator. Analysis of analogs of the active compound identified so far confirmed their activity. From these results, the method of searching for active compounds derived from known food components as lead compounds can acquire active compounds much more quickly compared to compound isolation by purification, demonstrating the effectiveness of this approach.</datacite:description>
