          <datacite:description xml:lang="ja" descriptionType="Abstract">高次元ブラックホールの安定性について3つの観点・手法で成果を得た。I．安定性の一般的な判定基準、II：具体的モデルの摂動マスター方程式の導出、III：新しいエネルギー条件に基づく安定性判定。Iでは臨界回転および漸近AdS回転ブラックホールの超放射不安定性の判定基準を確立した。IIでは時空次元の高い極限をとる「大きな次元近似」を用いて漸近AdS高次元ブラックホールの安定性を調べた。また様々な有質量ベクトル場およびテンソル場の静的臨界ブラックホール上での線形摂動マスター方程式の導出に成功した。IIIでは漸近AdS時空の境界上における「共形不変な光的エネルギー条件」の概念を新たに提案した。</datacite:description>
          <datacite:description xml:lang="en" descriptionType="Abstract">I studied the stability of higher dimensional black holes based on the following three viewpoints: I. to establish general criteria for black hole instabililty, II. to derive master equations for massive bosonic perturbations of some classes of higher dimensional black holes, III. to obtain general criteria for black hole stability based on the null energy conditions. For item I, we have successfully established a general criterion for the onset of super-radiant instability of asymptotically AdS, rotating black holes. For item II, by taking the so called "Large D expansion" we studied instability of asymptotically AdS black holes. We have also successfully derived master equations for massive vector and tensor perturbations on a class of static, extremal black holes. As for item III, we have proposed a novel notion of energy conditions, that is called "Conformally Averaged Null Energy Condition" which is expected to apply for stability analyses in the AdS/CFT correspondence.</datacite:description>
