Therefore, crime-prevention technology has improved dramatically. More than 5 million security cameras are installed due to improved performance, and crime-prevention effect of installing has been confirmed. The number of reported criminal law offenses peaked at about 2.85 million in 2002 and has decreased in about 570,000 in 2021. However, we have to take more efficient measures against crimes are needed to safety living environment. Especially, the number of theft crime account for about 67% of all reported criminal law offence. Therefore, we have to more enhance measure of theft crime prevention. Important to grasp to detail of crime condition to crime-prevention.
