〈論文〉SDGs 時代におけるインターンシップの意味転換 ―SDGs 目標8：就職／採用段階からのディーセント・ワークの促進に向けて― 〈Articles〉The Meaning Change of Internship in the Age of SDGs: SDGs Goal 8: Toward the Promotion of Decent Work from the Employment / Recruitment Stage 新田, 和宏 ニッタ, カズヒロ SDGs Decent Work Meaning Change of Internship [概要]本稿は，SDGs 時代におけるインターンシップの意味転換を省察するものである。SDGs の目標８はディーセント・ワークの促進を求めている。故に，企業には就職／採用段階でもディーセント・ワークの開示が求められてくるであろう。それに連動し，採用型インターンシップが進化するかたちで，インターンシップは当該企業のディーセント・ワークを体験する場となり，それを手掛かりに学生が企業を選別する契機となって，インターンシップの意味転換が起こることが予期される。このようなインターンシップの意味転換を省察することにより，インターンシップとキャリア教育の在り方の転換を展望する。 [Abstract] SDGs seeking decent work are questioning the state of internship. In conjunction with SDGs, it is expected the meaning change of internship. Like traditional internships, the meaning of part of career education included in internships is diluted. Of course, as in the １-day internship, it does not mean that internship is regarded as one of the adoption routes. The meaning changes of the internship occurs as the evolution of the adoption type internship. In the internship, the internship allows the company to disclose accountability on decent work, respond to student questions, and provide a place for students to experience the internship program related to decent work prepared by the company. It is an opportunity to discern the decent work of the company and to select the company.
