ピア効果がチーム生産性に与える影響：競泳データを用いた実証 Peer Effect and Team Performance : Evidence from Swimming Data 山根, 承子 ヤマネ, ショウコ 林, 良平 ハヤシ, リョウヘイ 行動経済学 https://kaken.nii.ac.jp/grant/KAKENHI-PROJECT-15K17029/ 研究成果の概要（和文）：本研究課題では、チーム全体の生産性を高めるにはどのようにすればよいかを、個人が他者から受ける影響（ピア効果）から明らかにすることを目的としていた。新しくスイミングチームに加わった人の属性によって、そのチームに元々いた選手の成長がどのように変化するのかを明らかにした。優れた選手が来た場合と、平均以下の選手が来た場合で、受けるピア効果が異なっていることがわかった。新しい選手がチームに加わることで、元々いた選手のパフォーマンスが向上していた。特に、新しく来た人が優れていると、この効果がより大きくなることがわかった。研究成果の概要（英文）：We aimed to reveal how to improve team productivity, focusing on the peer effect. This study examined the peer effects of newcomer on the performance of existing members of teams, based on comparing the performances of swimming team members before and after the arrival of a newcomer. The identification strategy was similar to a natural experimental setting.
