〈論文〉日本の一般病院における会計情報利用に関する実態調査 〈Articles〉A current feature of cost management in Japanese hospitals 栗栖, 千幸 クリス, チユキ 島, 吉伸 シマ, ヨシノブ 安酸, 建二 ヤスカタ, ケンジ 病院 経営管理活動 会計情報 郵送質問票調査 hospital management cost management accounting information quality questionnaire survey [要旨]本研究は，日本の一般病院（１００床以上）４,１６３病院を対象にした郵送質問票調査から病院の会計情報利用の現状を示している。研究上の関心は次の３つである。すなわち①原価集計情報が病院経営において活用される程度，②経営管理活動における会計情報の利用度，③医療活動の成果はどのような情報を用いて測定されているのかである。質問票調査の結果から、①医療サービスや診療科・部門を単位とした原価集計が現状では浸透していないこと，②財務・非財務指標を含む成果指標の利用は広まっていること，③実際の病院管理に会計情報を有効活用されていないことが明らかとなった。また，会計情報を経営管理活動に利用する場合，病院属性の私立か公立かによって検討される必要があることがわかった。 [Abstract] The purpose of this study is to present a current feature of cost management in Japanese hospitals. Using date from a survey of 4,163 hospitals, this study examines to what extent cost information is utilized for cost management, to what extent accounting information is utilized for hospital management, and which performance indicator is used to measure an medical outcome. The result shows that, cost management for a medical service or department has not been introduced sufficiently into a hospital management yet, the utilization of performance indicators including finance and non-financial indicators is widespread, and accounting information has not been used effectively in cost management and hospital management.
