自然資源の市場モデルの精緻化と過少利用問題の理論・実証的解明 Refinement of the natural resource market model and theoretical/empirical analyses of underuse issues 河田, 幸視 カワタ, ユキチカ 過少利用問題 野生動物 再導入 有効利用 ジビエ 研究成果の概要（和文）：本研究では、第一に、既存の自然資源管理モデルを、過少利用問題が扱える形に拡張した。第二に、個体数の大きさに依存しない指標を作り、ラトビア国の狩猟獣に実証的に適用した。第三に、有蹄類の増加による植生改変を安価かつ簡易に防止する方法を提案し、フィールド調査で有効性を確認した。第四に、ラトビア国で過少利用が発生しているビーバーの生態的パラメータの推定をおこなった。第五に、ハイイロオオカミの日本への再導入の可能性を検討した。第六に、ハンター維持政策の実現可能性を検討した。 研究成果の概要（英文）：This study includes six main contributions. First, we extend an existing natural resource model to be applicable for underuse issues. Second, we develop a unit-free index for the wildlife management and apply it for Latvian game animals. Third, we propose a simple and cost-effective method to prevent Japanese sika deer browsing/grazing and empirically confirm its effects. Fourth, we estimate the upper limit of the annual growth rate of the Eurasian beaver in Latvia. Fifth, we examine a possibility of reintroducing the gray wolf into Japan.
