〈論文〉ニックリッシュによる「貸借対照表に基づく資本と資産の組織の検討」についての一考察 〈Articles〉On the Study of the Organization of Capital and Assets upon the Balance Sheets purposed by H. Nicklisch 牧浦, 健二 マキウラ, ケンジ ニックリッシュ 経営経済学の理論の体系化 貸借対照表上での資産と資本の組織 Nicklisch, H. Formulating the systematic theory of business economy the organization of capital and assets upon the balance sheets [概要]本稿では, 1910年に公開された, 彼の論文「準備金と財務上の安全性」と, 論文「大銀行に適用した, 私経済的企業の収益性と財務上の安全性の確認と判断のための基本原則」, 1911年に公開された, 彼の論文「他人資本の勘定」をほぼ全訳しながら, 1912年に初版として出版された『一般商事経営学』と, 1925年に第6版として出版された『経済的経営学』においてどのように活用されたのかを明らかにする。 なお, われわれの検討の対象は, ニックリッシュの「経営経済学の体系化」の過程において, 最も一貫して継承された考えであり, ニックリッシュの「貸借対照表観」の独自性を形成した端緒を明らかにするものでもある。 [Abstract] We used three papers. First, we traced his paper "Reserve Fund and Financial Security" , in German "Reserven und finanzielle Sicherheit, in.ZfHH. 1910." Secondly, we considered his paper "The Conversion the fundamental principles for Confirmation and Judgment on the Earnings and Financial Security from private Corporation to big Bank," in German "Grundsatze fur die Feststellung und Beurteilung der Rentabilitat und finanziellen Sicherheit privatwirtschaftlicher Unternehmungen, angewandt auf unsere Grossbanken, in.ZfHH. 1911." Thirdly, we studied his paper "The Account of Liability," in German "Die Konten des fremden Kapitals, in.ZfHH. 1911."
