Femoral artery of WKY was harvested and then homografted to the femoral artery of SHRSP. In the group administered cyclosporin A, the contractilities to high-k and noradrenaline of the homografted artery did not show any significant difference from the control group. However, in the group without cyclosporin A administration, the homografted artery showed no contractility to NA and small contractilities to high-k.
