Responses to noradrenalin and acetylcholine were also studied and compared with those of control normotensive WKY. The sensitivity to noradrenalin was higher in the tail artery from SHRSP than in that from WKY. The pressure reduction induced by acetylcholine was impaired in SHRSP age dependently.
